Scope of Service: All Pre-Sale Access Passes grant entitlements specifically for the inaugural 3-month pop-up event in Syracuse, NY. The sale does not guarantee a permanent location.
STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE: All Pre-Sale Access Pass purchases are a commitment to the mission and are strictly non-refundable. Funds are considered capital contributions toward the pop-up launch.
Capacity & Access: Access is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and may be subject to peak-hour wait times.
Golden Ticket Guarantee: The $250 Founders Pass "Lifetime Benefits" are conditional on future successful operation and redeemable at all future operating permanent and pop-up SpawnSpot locations.
ALL discounts purchased with ANY pass will be applied to future full-location subscription purchases.
Build-Out Expectation: The Pop-up guarantees the High-End Hardware, but the full aesthetic and permanent build-out features are reserved for the full, scalable locations.
Code of Conduct: Violations will result in immediate and permanent revocation of the Access Pass without refund.
